Mega Way Shakes Preparation:

In a REALLY GOOD BLENDER add 6ozs of coconut milk or almond milk, 3 ice cubes and 1 scoop or 1 packet of the VEGAN power shake. Blend well, then add 1 banana and 1 cup of mixed berries. Blend well again and drink.If you bought the liquid multi-vitamin minerals add 1 cap full to the shake in the blender with the shake powder.

1 Scoop MWS Vanilla Bean
1 cup Coconut Milk low sugar
1 tsp. banana extract
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

For the best taste experience, use a really good blender and add ½ cup of ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Feel free to use any kind of almond, rice, or hemp milk) For a really creamy shake add 1 banana too.Make sure you blend the shake REALLY well.

MWS Aztec Berry Cacao Blast

1 scoop of MWS creamy Cacao
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (low sugar)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

For the best taste experience, use a really good blender and add ½ cup of ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Feel free to use any kind of almond, rice, or hemp milk as long as it is very low in sugar.

For an extra creamy shake add ¼ wedge of an avocado too. Make sure you blend the shake REALLY well.
